Greetings From The Henley's!
We'd like to start by saying how grateful we are for you, a consumer, and maybe brother or sister, even getting this far into our business which honestly transcends "business" and is really a part of who we are. So THANK YOU!
Our names are Vanessa and Akoni Henley which was made official in 2017. We're born and raised in South Jersey, a jog away from Philadelphia. Since then we have had the privilege of stewarding 3 amazing kids, Londyn, Aubrey, and Carter.
Our journey with the Lord began separately, yet together because of the church we belonged to. We continued together in our commitment to Christ in our home church serving in many different capacities from kid's church, to missions work both overseas and locally, and much more. A few years into our marriage we decided to sell our home and join a local missions organization, YWAM Philadelphia, full-time, while simultaneously continuing to help lead in our local body across the bridge in NJ. After helping to pioneer YWAM Philadelphia, we decided to move back to NJ.
Akoni decided to do a second training with the "We Are Church" family in San Francisco, CA. Not too long after, we felt the Lord's leading to continue being the church more simply.
Today, we are leading this simple movement.
Good Fruit Productions is a brand we hope will last a lifetime. Rooted in the Word of God, we hope to encourage those in the faith, while satisfying every and anyone with a sense of fashion that we pray not only is appealing to the eye, but also to the soul.
